Paul Miller is very professional and he took the time to explain the process. He was able to take video footage for the times I was unable to be onsite. One of the main reasons for choosing Paul was his knowledge of the market in Prescott, Arizona. Paul was very helpful when making suggestions and recommendations when purchasing the home.

Paul was very attentive and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable of the local area and the real estate market. We reached out to Paul early in the week and it was on Zillow within two days of our initial contact. By week's wend, we had several inquiries and offers, including a buyer! We were able to close on our property in less than a month of the listing! Paul doesn't drag his feet, even responding in non-office hours. He actually went onsite the next day to get up-to-date pictures even though our mountain property was very remote and difficult to trek unless you have an off-road vehicle. He guided us through the entire process from beginning to end while we live out of state! Additionally, Paul is very honest, extremely courteous, even staying in touch with us between when we first bought the property three years ago, to when we sold! I cannot recommend him highly enough! He's super professional and a real gem to work with. Easy to talk to, forthright, compassionate, honest, understanding and respectful of the client, buyer, brokers, and other parties involved. He is very thorough with all his communications, so as to alleviate any concerns, problems, and vagueness. I'm so glad he was my realtor on both occasions I had the pleasure to work with him! Paul was awesome!!!!! Quick, attentive, responsive, thorough! Can't say enough about how easy this entire process was! Tremendous job! He needs to be cloned!
