Seller reviewThis was truly the best real estate experience ever! I decided to go through Homes For Heroes so I could get some money back after closing. They connected me with Ron, a military veteran, who was impressive to work with right from the start. He's personable, knowledgeable and really, really puts his heart and soul into this business. He makes the whole process fun. He spent a lot of time going through my home making notes of all of the great sales points, recommendations on a few things to take care of, and explaining the process to me. I was really impressed with the marketing. He provided gorgeous 4 color brochures to distribute and have available to visitors. He created silly videos for social media, held impressive open houses with "home baked" cookies, wine, food, a beautiful give-away gift basket and much more. He advised me well re: offers I received and I did get my asking price, even though there were similar units near me selling for cheaper.
