Thomas Lischak
Tom Lischak has spent the last 17 years in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Prior to that Tom had 33 years in the automotive field. Many of those years were spent managing new car dealerships, as well as having owned and operated a Goodyear Tire and Service Center.
Tom’s love for real estate began over forty years ago when he made his first multi-family investment. He is an investor who through the years has invested in multi-families, single tenant commercial properties, and a multi-tenant plaza. His experience as a real estate investor and landlord enables him to have a unique prospective when guiding his clients in their real estate decisions.
Tom is driven in his real estate career having earned one of real estate’s most prestigious educational accreditations, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Less than 10% of commercial agents attain this. He is a Past President of the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter and is a current Board Member. Tom is a specialist for tenants/buyers, landlords and sellers in lease and sale transactions. This designation gives Tom a cutting edge for his clients.
As an agent Tom was consistently a top producer earning multiple Salesperson of the Month awards and then Agent of the Year at the company he started with.
In 2014 Tom became a Broker and launched his own Brokerage Firm, Bridgeway Commercial Realty. As an established and respected Broker, Tom earned coveted CoStar Power Broker Awards which recognize regional deals of distinction.
In 2019 Tom, alone with his daughter, expanded the Brokerage to include a residential division. Through extensive research, Tom realized that being aligned with a global brand would benefit his company and clients. In 2021 Bridgeway became a CENTURY 21 franchised office for both the commercial and residential divisions. Tom serves on the CENTURY 21 Commercial Advisory Board. Under the CENTURY 21 Brand Tom provides the staff with outstanding training, tremendous marketing opportunities and inspiration to provide their clients with the very best service.
Tom’s competitive spirit extends into his recreation time. Tom is a race car enthusiast and has competed in the Skip Barber and Jim Russell Racing Series.
He avidly follows the Formula One Racing series and keeps his hand in racing through kart racing locally with his son.
