Seller reviewSelling a home can be twice as stressful as buying one, from finding the right real estate agent, finding movers, packing, closing utilities and dealing with problems that seem to always pop up. When my wife and I picked Tim Seay it was because of his in dept knowledge of the Kinzel Springs community located in the Townsend Tn area where our home was located. We did not just stumble upon Tim Seay, he was recommended by numerous friends and neighbors who bought and sold homes and properties and said his knowledge in real estate was phenomenal. We found Tim Seay was not only knowledgeable but his communication, professionalism and ethics exceeded what we were looking for. Tim Seay sold our home in 2 weeks, and like I said a few small issues did arise and Tim Seay kept us from stressing out and handled each situation and we closed on time without delay.
