Buyer reviewMr. Katt was recommended to us by several friends who have worked with him to purchase a home. Their recommendations did not disappoint! Mr. Katt worked tirelessly to facilitate house showings as quickly as possible. He was very insightful throughout the tours in making us aware of pros/cons of each house that we may not have noticed on our own. Once we found the house we were interested in, his experience and guidance resulted in a strong and reasonable offer that was ultimately accepted. He worked quickly to prepare the necessary documentation and was always reachable throughout the process. His associate, Rebecca, was also helpful and timely in her responses to our questions. We will definitely work with them again in any future buying/selling.

Seller reviewWe consider ourselves lucky for landing in the hands of Sathya Kattragadda for the sale of our house. He is a personification of professionalism and helping nature. He thoroughly understands the needs and the state of the customers and does everything needed to give them an outstanding experience whether it is sale or buy. Without him, it would have taken us a lot more time and effort. He helped us in each and every aspect of the sale procedure. We were traveling back and forth to our new location during the sale process and he has taken it upon himself to accommodate our schedules, came to our house during late evenings and even helped us on several things related to home inspection and without his help the findings would have taken lot longer to fix. He went way beyond what he was expected to do. He deserves 5 stars for this outstanding service. Mr Kattragadda simply excels in all the categories of expectations of an agent. Because of the wonderful experience we had in selling our home through Sathya, we would highly recommend him and Century 21 to all our friends and colleagues.
