I was a first time homebuyer and completely new to this process. I have learnt so much from Chris during the entire homebuying process that it set me up with the knowledge for future purchases. From day one, Chris was very responsive to any questions, willing to go the extra mile in meeting our needs, willing to educate us on different aspects of the process, timely, flexible and overall amazing customer service all around from Chris, Ashley and the entire team. I even mentioned that this was some of the best customer service I have ever received since moving to Florida! Sarah was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I contacted her about the property I was interested in she quickly swung into action. From initial negotiations to the actual close date Sarah made the whole process extremely smooth and way less stressful than I imagined. During it all, she even provided some super cool ideas on what to do with the rooms and really transform the house. Overall, she tied everything up nicely and even provided the BEST closing gift!
