On a funny note, after a subtle warning to stay clear of a downstairs bathroom due to a forgotten diaper, he brought an air freshener and tossed the diaper! Who does that these days? He went as far as to reach out to his personal contacts to arrange a quote for home repairs on short notice, on a holiday. Chris's wife, Sarah, was equally personable and present on most visits to prospective houses. Her additional pair of eyes helped during the entire process. I will be recommended Chris wholeheartedly to my family members and to anyone else interested in property in the Orlando area. We feel extremely lucky to have had such a pleasant experience during our home purchase, and all the credit goes to Chris and his thoroughness and conscientiousness.
