Having to sell my recently passed father's home while I live out-of-state is already a challenge. I was referred to Donna Shipler from my dad's friend that had a wonderful experience. Though other agents were aiming to market to flippers, Donna understood my distain, and that I wanted to have this go to people that would fully appreciate the layout and the HOA ammenities. After emptying what I and a family member could, Donna worked her magic and got the place professionally cleaned, handled all the housing inspections, communicated with the HOA, and understood my limitations. She will do the work, no matter the weather or hour. My attorney even commented to me when she called him to follow up, "no, sorry, I haven't gotten to the email that you sent last night, this morning, yet." Her office is always open. House was posted on a Saturday, got asking offer Tuesday. Even managed to accomodate to push the move-in date early. If any local family ever has the need, I'm recommending Donna.
