Lovely!! I type this as I sit on the front porch of the smaller unit and look across to the woods across the street. This a nice quiet street and these 2 houses are really great. The larger house,3309, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has been completely gutted to the studs, has new everything: electrical, plumbing, appliances, granite counter tops, new cabinets, new floors etc...No detail has been overlooked. The smaller house, 3307, has been updated nicely with new cabinets and counters and finishes. This is a great set up and absolutely worth a look. The shared lot is large and shady and 3309 has a big large deck for lots of fall fun.
