Plantings +/-26 net acres are planted to Lisbon Lemons on Carrizo rootstock. Trees were planted in 2019. Water Property is located in Alta Irrigation District and part of Kings River East GSA. The property receives 100% allocation from Alta ID. There is one (1) 280′ ft. Ag well (12″ casing), with a 20 HP 5-stage submersible pump, installed in 2019. There is also a 15 HP booster pump. Trees are irrigated via a fan jet and drip line system. Soil The property has Centerville clay, Exeter loam, and Hanford sandy loam soils. Wind Machines There are three (3) V10 propane powered Amarillo Wind Machines, with auto-start Altrac in the grove.
