660 Hoaglin Road, Zenia, CA 95595

This massive and well established property is just under 75ac with a large amount of it being totally flat. This remote property already has many fruit and nut trees planted, and grape vines trailing all along the perimeter of the fenced garden area. The only thing remaining of the off-grid cabin that once existed here is the concrete slab foundation. Several outbuildings survived the blaze including a bathroom / bathhouse. Several other buildings appear to be storage sheds. The large pond is not only beautiful but functional, allowing irrigation and fire fighting in summer. It's fed by a spring flowing down the canyon behind the property. The beginning headwaters of Hoaglin Creek flow right thru the property lengthwise and bear small pools in spring and early summer. Two cold frame greenhouses survived the fire and have perimeter fencing for safety. Propane tank remains intact and some of the solar panels also survived the fire. Endless potential at this once thriving homestead....
