A few old posts remain marking where the previous fence was located but there is no wire. If a new owner intends to use the property, one mile of new fence must be built. There is no known, independent water source, such as a well, on the property. However, there is a pond near the northeast corner of the property that backs water westward onto the Guthrie land....
