The appraiser came out two days after the huge Ice/Snowstorm. The house was inaccessible pretty much and looked like the weather station on the north pole. The appraisal from Six & McClain was the lowest that I have ever heard of... We bit the bullet and moved forward. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled closing I got "the call" from the agent. A minor glitch with the lender, should take an extra day... 10 days later we closed this.
