When we first started dating, this house had brown shag carpet. It was quickly ripped out and replaced with the most uncomfortable commercial-grade stuff—perfect for surviving four college kids. It didn’t survive our first Halloween party. Luckily for you, we just finished replacing the entire first floor with beautiful hardwood floors. The huge living room window floods the space with natural light, and the open kitchen and dining areas make it the perfect setup for gatherings. There's central AC too! We hosted friends from Bloomfield in the spacious backyard and on the patio (yes, we were those loud neighbors—still sorry about that). The first floor has also just been freshly repainted. Downstairs, the finished basement offers a cozy family room and a separate office space—great for working from home or having a quiet retreat. This is the home we returned to after getting married, and where we dreamed about the future. This home loved us well, and we can't wait for it to love you.
