Running S Realty LLC began in 2015, in a small office in downtown Stockdale.
Later in 2017, we moved to our current location at 611 US Highway 87 E (Bypass),
in Stockdale. In 2025, we joined Century 21 and have become: Century 21
Running S Realty.
Louise Stoever Baumann is an accomplished real estate broker, interior designer,
and notary public with a wealth of experience across multiple industries. She is
the Owner and Broker of Century 21 Running S Realty LLC, where she leads a
dedicated team of 10 agents and 6 notaries. Since founding the firm in 2015,
Louise has averaged over $26 million in annual sales, cementing her reputation
