My name is Aaron Burlar. I'm a U.S. Navy veteran, construction professional, and realtor based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, dedicated to helping families build secure futures. I grew up right here in Fredericksburg and graduated from Courtland High School before joining the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman. That chapter of my life instilled in me discipline, leadership, and grit - the kind of steady determination that's guided me ever since. After my military service, I earned a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. While studying, I worked as a framing carpenter and painter, building decks, single-family homes, and an event center in Estes Park, while taking on projects throughout Fort Collins. Those years gave me a hands-on understanding of what quality construction truly means and reinforced the work ethic I carry into everything I do. Once I graduated, I stepped into leading larger projects, helping build apartment complexes and even assisting in the expansion of the water treatment facility for the town of Wellington, Colorado. Managing multiple trades and ensuring every phase ran safely, on time, and up to the highest standards taught me exactly what it takes to see a project through from blueprint to reality. That background gives me a distinct edge in real estate.
