Seller reviewAfter we decided to sell our house, we talked with several agents to see who we wanted to use. My wife and I had friends that are successful agents, but after we talked with Aaron Parks we knew we had to use him. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. He was able to relate to us to the extent that it felt like we were working with a long time friend or family member. I now understand why so many people referred us to him. If we would have listened to Aaron from the start on our listing price I think we would have sold sooner. Once we lowered to the price he recommended the house sold within a week. Aaron Parks pushed our sale all the time. We constantly had buyers walking through our house. We didn't make it easy on him when it was time to find a new house because we gave him such a broad scope to place us in He was supportive and found us a great house that we love.
