Seller reviewAbbey's great communication throughout the sales process puts her on another level! She always followed up an important text message or email with a phone call to make sure we understood everything. Always prompt, no matter the time of day (or holiday!!). With a fast past real estate market, you need a fast paced agent like Abbey who can act quick and communicate 100% while doing it!

Seller reviewFrom the minute Abbey walked through the door she was engaged, energetic, and attentive to what we wanted. She communicated with us constantly throughout the process and helped us navigate a multiple offer situation so that we extracted the most value from our sale. Even though we accepted an offer within days of listing our home, she did not neglect us between then and closing and she always reached out 2-3 times a week, at a minimum, until the ink was dry on the final sales contract. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Abbey.

I recommend her to everyone and anyone when I hear they want to buy or sell their house. She took care of everything and was a calm reassuring force during the entire process. My latest house, I set up a meeting to discuss preparing my house for sale. I was planning on putting it on the market in about a month but she already had someone in mind that was looking for a house just like mine. We discussed it and the other family was shown the house that night and made an offer right away. That was the fastest I have ever heard of a house selling. I was able to get an offer on my house four weeks BEFORE I was planning on putting it on the market. Abbey was amazing and I would highly recommend her to everyone!
