I was moving from Des Moines to the Cedar Falls area and needed someone local that could sell my house. I had contacted a couple brokers in Des Moines and they did not return my calls. Abby was a referral from my local broker in Cedar Falls. When I placed my call she answered right away. When I had questions, she was always willing to take the time to respond quickly. Abbey's suggestions about staging my house were awesome. It was a lot of work; however, she knew what she was talking about. The sign went in the yard late on a Thursday night, 3 showings on Friday and two offers by Friday night. Abbey was excellent to work with. I was very lucky to have her as my broker. Very easy to deal with and made sure my needs were met. Abbey was on top of everything. She kept me on track with items that needed to be completed to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would use Abbey as a broker again in a heartbeat.
