Buyer reviewWorking with Abbey was like working with a trusted friend. Being new to the area it was really important to work with someone we were comfortable with. Abbey took the time to get to know us and our preferences. She was very knowledgeable about the area and gave helpful advice. I truly appreciate Abbey asking us if we were making a decision based on fear or faith. I was going down a path of making a decision based on fear and this made me step back and think a bit. Shortly after we were able to find our dream house. She encouraged us to keep going and that the right one would emerge and she was right! We are truly grateful for meeting Abbey and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

She never made us feel like our wants and needs were too exhaustive; she represented as a dual agent and was fair, trustworthy and reasonable at all times. We felt well represented and, really, she made our dream home and timeline a reality by negotiating and giving us fair and honest council throughout our viewing, offer, and final purchase. We will recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent in the future!

Buyer reviewWe were moving to the area from out of town. Abbey's knowledge of the area, builders, and options were a huge relief to me and my family. There were instances when time was critical and she was always available to talk or run scenarios by. We purchased over spring break and although she had left town for family, we were set up with others who could fill in as needed. (Although she even responded to while on vacation!) We also have parents who are moving to the area and we recommended her to them. She has continued her patience, professionalism, and realism to them. I would recommend Abbey to anybody who is moving to the area, it is easy to see that she cares about finding the right house, and setting her clients up for future success.
