I would highly recommend Abbey Robertson for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Abbey was very professional, provided great communication and was very thorough during the entire listing and transaction process.

Abbey has been a friend for many years, originally meeting as part of the same volunteer organization and then learning we also attend the same church. I knew and trusted Abbey so wanted her help with the sale of my property. As previously mentioned, Abbey was very responsive and attentive both to me as well as following up with the buyer's realtor when needed to ensure things were moving along as they needed to since the buyer requested such a short timeframe between the offer and closing. Abbey is honest about everything and finds a way to communicate with grace and kindness when the truth may not always be in her client's favor. I really appreciated how flexible she was in meeting with me since I was splitting my time between Des Moines and where I moved to during the sale of my property. The girl at the front desk who took my abstract from me was very kind and attentive, making sure to give me a receipt for my abstract. The lady who compiled all my closing documents (I think her name was Linda) was very sweet when I dropped off my notarized HOA document to say I was current on my dues. All around, my sale process was a wonderful and smooth process with Century 21 I honestly cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Abbey's assistance in the sale of my townhome. Her attentiveness to what she does and how she can best position sellers to achieve whatever it is they are looking for from the sale of her property was a relief and let me focus on making sure the property was ready for the sale. Knowing she was taking care of all of the behind the scene details and documents was reassuring so I knew everything would be taken care of and I did not have to worry about it.
