????? If selling a house is supposed to be stressful, then I think my agent cheated because this was way too easy. They had my place looking so good I almost considered buying it back myself. Seriously-my dusty old house suddenly looked like it belonged in HGTV's "Dream Homes for People Who Don't Do Laundry." Within days we had buyers lining up like it was Black Friday at Walmart. My agent negotiated so well I half expected them to throw in a free toaster and extended warranty on top of the deal. And when paperwork came around? Smooth. Like butter. Like they've done it once or twice before (or maybe a thousand times). If you want someone who will fight for you harder than your grandma fights for her coupon deals, hire this agent. 10/10 would sell again… if I ever buy another house to sell.

Navigating the real estate world is not for the faint of heart, especially in this crazy market! I never would have been able to get through the home buying process without Abigail by my side. From start to finish, she walked me through each individual step, with a smile on her face. My house hunting experience spanned almost 3 years, ebbing and flowing with my life needs. I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Abby had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from lenders/insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Abby is extremely down to earth (and hilarious!) and made the entire process a million times easier. I could not have done it without her; I don't believe you could find a better choice for a real estate agent and I will recommend her until the she retires, maybe past that. Beyond that, before me, she sold a home to my father and grandfather who I knew proved to be a challenge with how picky I'm sure they were. Instead of being dismissive or lackadaisical she took them through the process as if they were her own family, and I will never be able to thank her enough for treating them so well. They had endless great things to say about her.
