Buyer reviewAdam did an incredible job assisting me with buying my new place & renting out the old. He knew exactly what I wanted and was always very honest with sharing his opinion, which I value. Communication was a 10/10. He did a great job dealing with alot of my (probably very pushy and annoying) questions - I appreciate this more than he could know. I am in a simialr industry to Adam so I am use to controlling every aspect of the deal - it was a challenge for me to let things play out! I am not sure that he could have done a better job.

Despite the selling agent being negative and difficult, Adam was able to negotiate the sale at asking, with multiple concessions for repairs, and a credit at closing.
