Seller reviewFrom the time Adam reached out, he was thorough and diligent! Even realizing I was not able to sell right away, he continually sent me comps in the area and checked in with me about the process. He was great at communicating and sharing thoughts about the best way to tackle the sale. Once the property was ready, he met us there and lined up a painter, a cleaner, a photographer and had it listed within a week! Sold within two weeks! He was smart about considering each offer, and which one would have the most potential, I trusted his judgment along the way, and the property sale ended up bringing in 21,000 over asking price! He made the entire process painless, I would work with him or recommend him again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your hard work!
