Buyer reviewWe relocated to Fernandina Beach and called Adele Suddes to help us find a new home. Adele really listens and remembers what you tell her; she is very professional, knowledgeable, warm and responds to texts & emails quickly. We gave her our budget and she only suggested homes in our price range with none over our limit which we appreciated. Adele takes extra time and effort to provide tips on restaurants, places of interest, etc to help you get acquainted with a new area. When we chose a home and were under contract, Adele sent us an email with a compete timeline through closing that also included utility, inspector and insurance contacts to make everything easy. We are super happy with Adele and would recommend her in a flash.
