Seller reviewAdele was an excellent agent in all respects..she knew the market and she was able to present property well to prospective buyers..she was very accessible and quick to answer phone calls and provide answers to any questions we had about the property.. she was able to put us in touch with local companies to help with inspection concerns, she had wonderful ideas on getting our property more presentable to the buyers, she communicated well with the buyers' agent, and she presented us with a simple, no problem closing. We would strongly recommend Adele to all friends and family members.. in fact she has already shown another property to our daughter and explained the market well to her.

Seller reviewAdele was tremendously helpful in preparing us and our house for sale. She had connections with contractors and stagers and used these connections to her fullest extent. Before putting the house on the market, she recommended making several improvements to the house that had been our primary residence for the past 27 years. She saw all the little things that needed to be done and she made all the arrangements for getting them done. After a lot of contractor type work was accomplished, she hired a stager. The house looked so good I almost made an offer myself! The house was listed on a Wednesday and we had a full asking price offer the next day. During the entire process Adele never stopped working. She was terrific!
