She is very knowledgable in the local community and real estate market and was able to assist us in finding the ideal house and location for our family. Additionally, Adele was able to find us a short term rental in the community, which allowed for us to settle in and have our daughter enroll and begin attending her school while we waited for our house to be completed. Seller reviewLet me begin by saying we had 5, yes 5 different contracts on the selling of our home in Yulee, FL, through no fault of our own. All issues were related to the buyers. You can image now frustrating it can be for sellers especially when you're days away from closing with one of the 4 buyers, to find out we weren't going to close. :( However, Adele always put our mind at ease and communicated with us whenever we had new information. I feel like this was a long process to get to the closing table, but she was always patient and understanding. She also used her own props for staging of the home. We had already moved out of the property so it was bare bones before adding her special touches. It was a pleasant experience and I'm so glad we have made it through to the finish line. I'd use Adele again if I had to sell a home. This market is tough right now but she never lost faith.
