Buyer reviewAdele's the bomb. Even when we walked on a seller, Adele was still 100% with us (despite the loss of her commission). She put in a ton of work and her attitude stayed positive even after we exercised our due diligence. It worked out in the end, because the seller ended up calling us back to accept our offer. Adele put together a list of comps, got competing bids on needed repairs, and negotiated against a tough agent. When we decide to buy another Florida property, we'd gladly ask her to represent us.

The house sold for over the asking price, and we had multiple offers right away. Not only is she very savvy about strategy, she has a fantastic eye and staged our home beautifully.
