Seller reviewAter eight months of trying unsuccessfully to sell our house with another realtor, we met with Adele and on June 23, 2024 we listed our home with her. Adele brought in a professional stager and edited our home to perfection! She and her crew, including her husband, Mike packed up my husbands 4,000 books and seven bookcases! She hired a painter to paint the halwways, repaint the kitchen cabinet door, handled and hired contractors to finishg our Florida room addition, getting the engineered drawings completed and the permits closed, saw and ordered replacement grates in the range hood, above the cooktop. Every detail, small or large was addressed! Adele had an Open House often! Always making sure the lights were on fireplace lit, music playing. She was there to point out the exceptional reasons to buy our home. If not for Adele and Her caring, loving and relentlessness attitude we feel that our house would not have sold! We feel that our house would still be on the market!

Simply put, deciding to work with Adele Suddes was the best decision we could have made, and we are convinced, is the only reason our home sold so quickly. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry was paramount and integral to the sale of our home. Buyer reviewThis is our second time using Adele when purchasing a property in Nassau county… That in itself should say a lot… In the last transaction, she and the selling agent went the extra mile in assisting with. Making sure the outdated shared dock agreement was rewritten prior to closing… I know it was an effort, and I appreciate it immensely. she also organized for us to meet with the previous owner, which was wonderful in understanding the inspiration for building the home the way he did… Plus, we hope it gave him closure/contentment in knowing that the torch was being passed to someone who would treasure his home, and the love and care key, and his wife had put into the original design.. thanks again, Adele… You're awesome
