She got a a great sale in a small amount of time with a good basis of the market dynamics. We were not priced too low or high. She negotiated very well on our behalf and was fantastic at communicating where we were in the process. You could always sense her sense of urgency which is greatly appreciated when you have a full time job. I would use her again any day.
