He found just what we were looking for and worked closely with us to get a fair price negotiated with the seller. He also assisted with recommendations for HVAC, roofers, inspectors, etc. giving us several options to choose from which was a huge help since we are not familiar with the area. He was very patient with us. At the end we had seen a lot of houses, our two year old knew who Akshar was and wanted him to hold his hand and play. It was very sweet. Overall he did an amazing job helping us find our dream house. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a house.

I really felt like he cared about what we wanted and how to make sure we were happy. He knew that I undecided on colors, so he offered to come out on a Sunday afternoon to help us go over exterior colors, interior colors, granite colors etc. I am so glad he did, I get so many compliments on our new home.
