A graduate of the UNC- Chapel Hill School of Business, Alex began his real estate career in 1973. In 1978, he completed post- baccalaureate courses in accounting and earned the Certificate in Management Accounting (CMA). Having been involved in property remodeling, he sat for and passed the NC General Contractor's Licensing exams.
Alex's sports interest is boating. Alex served as 2011 Commodore for the Peninsula Yacht Club on Lake Norman. He published in the magazines Latitudes and Attitudes, Cruising Outpost, Southwinds, and others. Amazon carries his children's books and "Your Boat as a Business".

Although the price range for the property I wanted would result in a small commission, I felt that Alex was not concerned over that but gave me full services of his profession and devoted more time than I expected in my search.
