Buyer reviewAlex was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. As first time home buyers, my wife had zero knowledge going in and Alex took the time to walk us through every step of the process. Buying a house was overwhelming at times, but we knew we were in good hands with Alex. He was available whenever we needed him and addressed every question and concern we sent his way, and kept us informed throughout the entire purchasing process. I highly recommend him!

Buyer reviewI gave Alex the highest ratings because throughout the purchasing process he kept me informed about each step, and gave advice when asked. There were pending items that needed to be completed with Seller, lender and title company (so I can close in time), and Alex was persistent in getting all parties to agree and take action. For example, there were items that needed to be fixed prior to closing and Alex documented in legal form, took photos and sent the list to the seller (and me) who followed through. Alex was patient and even-keeled in all of our conversations (and there were many) through emails, text and voice. I highly recommend Alex, and I would use him again as a buyer or seller's agent.
