Seller reviewAl Espinor was very professional and regularly communicated with me on viewings, clients interested, and offers. Besides sharing information all offers he would review with me discussing pros and cons. He offered excellent advice on showing the house and created a sales campaign locally and on the web reaching the Bay Area. I enjoyed working with Al and found him to be trustworthy and straightforward.

Seller reviewI first met Al 15 years ago at the height of a real estate boom. Even then, he was already a skilled professional handling multiple properties an clients at any given time. He has since followed the changing market and establishing himself as a veteran realtor. He handled both a sale and a purchase for me. When met with any complications he not only took them with stride and found a solution, but he also has a handle of professional contacts he could use as a resource. We sold and bought a property in what seemed like record tim. He was always attentive and available, he was always a step ahead and he was always wonderful to work with. I look forward to working with him again in the future and will recommend him to family and friends.

Seller reviewAl, did everything he said he could do for us When the buyers agent became difficult at a critical stage of the sale, he handled it perfectly without letting his ego take over. I would recommend Al to my mother along with the whole family. He is returning approachable and works very hard. I looked at Al's website to get an idea of my homes worth. That afternoon he showed up at my door with more important info about my house and stayed in touch and provided advise on how to prepare the house for selling. He made good on EVERYTHING he told us , I have not encountered that kind of professionalism in a long time.
