I watched Alice on Facebook and new when it was time to sell my Mother-in-law's house, we would use Alice. I would watch her listings go on sale and then be sold quickly. When I had her meet the family, everyone felt comfortable with her and we didn't have to go any further. Alice takes the time to go beyond just listing a house. Whether it is picking up a survey from the town, WD40ing the door lock or putting extra furniture in an empty house, she does it! I could not have asked for more than what Alice delivered. This sale was difficult from a logistics perspective. Due to internal issues within my family, there were numerous issues with delays, high stress and volume of work necessary to ready the home for sale. The challenges presented by this sale were perhaps some of the most challenging I have ever faced. Lawyers, non cooperative family members, obstructing family members you name it, we had it.
