Seller reviewAlice Smith was there from the beginning helping us to prepare our home for sale. Unfortunately, an unforseen accident kept from being able to close on our first buyer for the home. When we were ready to give up and throw in the towel Mrs. Alice was there to help us get back on track and to work out a way for us to finally be able to sell our home. Without her holding our hands and guiding us through we would have ended up with a big mess that would haunt us for years to come. She is such a valuable asset to our family. How wonderful is it to have someone like Mrs. Alice on your side! She may never know how we really feel about her because words can not express it.

Seller reviewAlice Smith was a great agent! She completed her part for the sale and often had to contact or intercede for the buyers agent in order that the sale could progress. When a problem developed she handled it in a timely manner, once again doing more than she was required to do to expedite the closing. I always felt like I received good advice from Alice that helped me to make the best decisions. She helped me to negotiate a more reasonable price for the lot that I had originally hoped. I always found her to be gracious and polite in every situation. She was reliable to return calls timely manner and to respond to any concerns or problems that evolved, even after the closing was complete. If I have property to sell in the future, I plan to ask Alice Smith to assist me with its sale!
