As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award. Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand. Seller reviewI am grateful that I was able to sell our house with Alicia Buckley. I interviewed four agents based on Zillow ratings before deciding on our seller's agent, and she came out on top. Alicia was the most prepared and provided the most detailed marketing plan. These were not just empty promises. She executed the plan on a strategic timeline, step by step. She provided great insights as we prepared our house for listing, and we followed her guidance. After we received offers, she worked with the buyers' agents professionally so that both we and the buyer could achieve the best outcome. She worked really hard while maintaining professionalism at all times and was fair to the other side as well. I'll definitely work with her again if I buy or sell a house, and I will recommend her to my friends without hesitation.
