As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award. Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand. Buyer reviewAlicia was very professional, quick to respond, patient with our slow search, and very knowledgeable in her recommendations, but what I liked best about her was her cheerful spirit and that she treated me as a person besides just being her client. When my husband passed away during the couple years we spent house hunting, she showed up at the funeral calling hours and sent food. When the right house finally showed up, she celebrated with me on the phone. When the purchase went through, she sent me flowers and a tote bag of goodies that just happened to be essential during our move, while everything was packed away. She just seemed to be always aware of what was needed in the moment and prepared to deliver. She's very good at what she does. I have every confidence in recommending her to family and friends.

When putting in offers on houses (and there were many in this difficult market) we felt that she involved us appropriately while guiding us on our approach and taking into account our personal limitations. She gave us critical advice throughout the process and dedicated a lot of her time to helping us find a home. Her knowledge of different neighborhoods in Indy and general knowledge about houses is amazing. Even after buying a house, she has been so helpful and available to answer our questions.
