As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award. Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand. Buyer reviewBefore finding Alicia, I kept running into Brokers who didn't follow up and were terrible at customer service. I found Alicia online and was very impressed with how quickly she returned my call, but also how she understood exactly what I wanted and was on it immediately! She was fantastic at pushing back on what turned out to be a very challenging builder and made sure all documents and processes were done accurately and walked through everything with me. I will recommend her to everyone! Alicia is by far the best broker I've dealt with, not only with buying personal property but in business as well.

Alicia was very understanding of my indeterminate time frame for placing the house on the market. She developed multiple comparison estimates as my time frame changed.
