As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award.
Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand.

I really appreciated her genuine interest in the few questions I had about the Carmel area and housing market... Her friendliness was sincere. My husband and I set a meeting with her and he was equally impressed with her knowledge and professionalism! Alicia helped us buy a home in Carmel - giving solid advice regarding price etc...and was on top of all deadlines and sent reminders with all the details we needed throughout the entire process!! Alicia is about to list a home in Zionsville for us -she has been very helpful with how to prepare a house to sell...Super easy to reach - always quick to respond with EXCELLENT advice to any minor or major questions.
