As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award.
Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand.

She was very conscious of the areas we wanted to be in and our budget. She made time to explain the buying process to us and guided us along the way. Not only was she great before we bought but she is always up for giving recommendations on paint colors and design. I HIGHLY recommend anyone buying or selling a house to look no further. Seller reviewWe initially worked with Alicia Buckley when we bought our home in 2015. She was terrific and kept in touch with us over the years, so when it was time to sell the home, we immediately contacted her and gave no thought of using a different broker. Alicia patiently explained the process of selling our home, which was much different than the process we went through purchasing the home. Alicia made us feel comfortable about the process, was always readily available, and was patient answering the questions we had. Were it not for Alicia, we're certain we would not have received the price we did for the home, which was a large increase over what we initially paid for the home. She was instrumental in us choosing the right upgrades to the home, as well as with staging the home so it would be viewed in the best light by potential buyers. We would not hesitate to recommend Alicia Buckley to anyone purchasing or selling a home. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and we cannot be happy how lucky we were to work with her twice now.
