As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award. Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand. Seller reviewWhen Alicia committed to selling my home, it was apparent that she was immediately "all in." She not only understood my needs, but she was creative in finding ways to effectively and efficiently meeting them. She was patient with my decision making, always providing helpful guidance but never imposing her opinions over mine. She handled my particular challenges (distance and time) so well and accounted for them in our work together. She's positive and completely engaged and open . . . keys to any successful and quick sale!

Buyer reviewWe met Alicia at an open house she was hosting. She was extremely professional, and we just had a sense that she would be a good broker to help us through the buying and selling process. Fortunately we were correct. She was amazing!!! Alicia made us feel like we were her only client. We know she is very busy, but she was always accessable and responsive when we needed to talk. We can not thank Alicia enough for all of her help. She even coordinated some renovation projects on the house that we sold while we were on vacation.

Buyer reviewAlicia's knowledge of Indianapolis and the suburbs around that city was very helpful when it came to choosing a home. She as always available and went out of her way to ensure I was able to see all the homes in a short period of time due to having flown into the city from out of state for only two days. Had it not been for her, I'm sure I would have picked either the wrong home or the wrong neighborhood. I'd recommend Alicia and if I ever sell my home to buy another one, she's the only one I'll use for that.
