As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award. Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand. Buyer reviewMy fiance and I were bored one afternoon so we decided to visit an open house that was WAY out of our price range. There, we met Alicia. We told Alicia not to waste her time in going over the house with us as we were not interested and only wasting some time this afternoon. She gave off a great first impression and as we were leaving, she gave us her card and said once my fiance and I are ready to start house searching to give her a call if we need assistance. About 8 months later, we bought our first home through her. Alicia is very personable, which made our first home buying process a good experience. She is extremely patient and was there for us whenever we had questions or concerns. I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a new home, specifically to anyone purchasing their first home.
