I was extremely pleased with how my real estate purchase went. Alicia took care of everything, including letting my contractors in to view the house so I could understand what I was in for. She was so flexible and even took care of all the legal paperwork so I didn’t need to worry if there were previous permits that hadn’t been closed by the township.
She also took care of the women who had been living in the house for over sixteenths years. She respected her concerns when someone was coming to see the house. Not just because of COVID, but for her privacy as well.
