Seller reviewAlicia is very good at what she does. Not only is she knowledgeable with anything to do with real estate, she is kind and has a good sense of humor. She guided me, gently pushed, in the direction we needed to go to make this sale happen quickly. My house sold after the first weekend open house and I believe it was because of her. She would be the only realtor I would recommend.

Seller reviewAlicia was so helpful in getting my mom comfortable wiht the idea of moving, providing support for packing and sorting, and helping us through the ordeal of cleaning out a house that we did not actually live in. I honestly had no idea that brokers provided these types of services but I do not think we could have gotten through the process without this kind of support. We probably would have decided not to sell. I'm so glad we did.
