Seller reviewOther real estate agents wanted us to sell our property for a discounted price (almost 25% less than we estimated that our property was worth). They wanted a quick sale and did not want to work to market our home. Mr. Brown was a consummate professional. Despite dealing with a difficult potential buyer (who backed out on purchasing our home the week of closing), he kept working to market and sell our home for the full asking price. Lisa Cato, Mr. Brown's office assistant, is a jewel among thorns. She readily returned calls and kept us informed at every stage of the sales process.
