Buyer reviewAllison is very sweet and attentive. She made our home buying process smooth by guiding us through the steps. Whenever we had a question, doubt or concern she would give us her genuine answer. You can tell she cares about her customers. Would definitely work with her again.

Seller reviewWe met Allison Bjoin through USAA Real Estate Program. From the very beginning until the very end, she was punctual and professional, yet personable. I find that having a nice balance in professionalism and affability is important. The agents basically represent the buyers and their home. So why not get someone with a personality while having the ability to be professional and knowledgeable. We really took to Allison's personality. She was up front, honest and approachable to any of our questions. Her personality meshed really well with our family, being detail and schedule oriented. Overall, I do not think there was a better fit for us. Communication for me, being prior military, was of highest importance. She immediately presented her marketing strategy, but also kept us involved in the whole situation. Giving us as much decision making and input as we wanted. She was very flexible and was more than happy to communicate in every single way possible from text, email and phone calls. Anyway we needed to communicate, it got done. I would NOT HESTITATE to recommend Allison to anyone in my close circle for family and friends. And I will definitely use her in the future. A VERY, VERY BIG THANK YOU to Allison Bjoin! Thank you!

Seller reviewAllison was wonderful from start to finish. This was an estate sale with lots of associated drama and she was hugely empathetic and sensitive to me as her client. As someone who lives 1500 miles away, she went above and beyond in handling all of the services and visits and nagging details of selling a home that I simply could not personally oversee. Although she must have hundreds of clients, I never felt like there was anyone else but me.
