Hi, I'm Alycia Gaines. I was born and raised in eastern North Carolina and made the move to Western NC at 18. I've loved it here ever since and decided to make it my forever home. I've been happily married for thirteen years and am a proud mom to three amazing kids.
Before real estate, I spent ten years working in various government roles focused on helping people in our community. That experience taught me how to truly listen and understand individual needs-something I carry into every real estate transaction. Helping people isn't just part of my job-it's who I am.
As a full-time real estate agent who travels throughout Western North Carolina, I've had the opportunity to help both buyers and sellers across multiple counties. I also have experience in land sales, which adds another layer of knowledge and service for my clients.
My goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience for my clients while guiding them through each step of the process. I want you to feel confident, informed, and excited when you sit down at the closing table.

Buyer reviewAlycia Gaines made the process of searching and buying a new home seamless. We did not live in the area we were searching in, which was an area we were not familiar with. She was accomodating to our schedule and very knowledgeable about a fairly large area of the state with multiple communities. She always returned our texts, calls or emails promptly. She was responsive to each and every request or question that we had. She has a pleasant personality and extremely patient with us and every other realtor or seller we came in contact with. We can't say enough good things about her, would use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the greater Asheville area.
