My name is Amanda Aviles. I became an agent of Century 21 Advantage Gold on January 21, 2019. I reside in South Jersey with my family. I have a toddler, love to cook, and began a food and family lifestyle blog.
After many years of working in Benefits Administration and Financial Services, I decided to take some time for family. My many years of working in Financial Services, and Benefits Administration made me extremely organized, detail oriented, fully qualified to handle confidential information.
I look forward to my new career in real estate. I am excited to begin this new chapter in my life and I look forward to helping someone begin their new chapter in real estate as well.

Buyer reviewAmanda was beyond awesome! I don't think I could have done this without her hard work! I was on the verge of losing my dream house because I couldn't find a 203k contractor willing to take the project. Amanda kept me calm and fought for me! She found me an awesome contractor. I also experienced some issues with the seller but again Amanda fought for me! Amanda is a negotiation guru! I would recommend Amanda because she pays attention to her clients. Amanda was dedicated to putting me in a house and not just any house, but my house. I was always able to reach out to Amanda no matter the time/day. I thought living in Philly but purchasing in NJ would be difficult but Amanda made it a breeze. If i was unable to make it to a meet or drop of something Amanda was right there to assist. I must admit I had a hefty list of needs and a not so hefty budget but Amanda nailed it! I have everything on my list. It is because of Amanda I actually have my dream house!
