She had great knowledge of the area, knew what to ask sellers, had suggestions during inspections and helped us be prepared for anything that may arise. She very easy to communicate with both in person and by email/text message. Amanda was also so great with our young daughter we had brought along to see the houses and that was such a bonus! We now have the house we had always imagined we would have and we are so glad to have had Amanda as our realtor.
