I had considered selling my home for some time when I reached out to my friend, Amanda Heuser. Even though I consider Amanda a friend, it was her enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism, (not to mention being a top agent) that sealed the deal for me. She did not disappoint. Amanda Heuser stood out because she was great about checking into different home options for us until we were really ready to buy. She helped me to get a feel for the Kentucky market which is much different than the California market that my husband and I were accustomed to. We quickly placed an offer on the home and within 30 days it closed and we pulled into Nicholasville, Ky via moving van and vehicle in tow from California the day before it closed.
